For a dozen years now, FORMEM – the Portuguese Federation for Vocational Training and Employment of People with Disabilities – has been promoting a broad debate on the indicators that can best reflect the impact of the activity and intervention of organisations supporting people with disabilities. In the years leading up to the pandemic, benchmarking groups were very active, providing great support to organisations that continued on the path of quality certification, namely following the EQUASS 2018 Standard.
